On behalf of the Township of Puslinch, we request a meeting with the Ministry staff - Approvals or Permissions Branch and Guelph District Office to discuss this ECA application prior to approval. Please note this site is not in Cambridge but in the Township of Puslinch, County of Wellington. This site is undergoing preconsultation with the Township and County on Official Plan and Zoning amendments and is located with source protection areas with applicable policies. We request a meeting to discuss the ECA approval and process and how it interacts with our process. Please contact one of the following to arrange a meeting. We respectfully request that the ECA not be issued until after a meeting is held between Ministry and Township staff to discuss. A similar comment has been submitted for the ERO posting for air.
