It's ignorant and irresponsible to consider disrupting an area like this. It is concerning that it is even being considered to use this rare and supposedly protected area. This will turn this land into a commodity in a way that will only serve a very small amount of people. We can not recover these areas once they are lost, the possibility of this should not be risked. This area serves the ecosystem and humans in a much larger and lasting way being protected and left as it is rather than being mined. Anyone who can look beyond themselves, in a progressive and intelligent way can see that this should not be used as an area for mining.
