This should be an obvious no. Any request to DECREASE air quality by INCREASING pollutants has zero positive effect on the community. In addition, this only negatively impacts the environment, which, as you know, is a HUGE global issue. I shouldn't have to tell to decline this proposal - this should be your natural response. In fact, you should be declining all proposals that negatively impact community health, and environmental safety. Similar to drugs, just say no. Thanks, Stephanie
