Scant information is posted here. I don't know how the public could make informed comment based on this, although I will offer the following: 1. Without a detailed rehab plan, the posting makes little sense and should be closed, then put up with detailed plans and maps 2. This license change request is inopportune as it interferes with the work to be done under Minister Murray's EA order. 3. The time is too short for the public to examine this and related requests, all 6 of them, and respond about their impacts on the community. So I would recommend either a full withdrawal of this proposal or the addition of significant information and an extended comment period. If the information were to be available in early March, then the comment period might close in late April or early May.
