THis application is 3 years overdue, with the extent of the flooding and filling at the property, I ask that no more fill be brought into the site to develop this stormwater management plan. There has been over 4 floods on neighbouring property, the land has been brought over 9m in areas and non native soil has been added by the millions of cubic metres, causing issues with discharge and drainage.

I ask that the Ministry carefully manage and validate this plan as the Operator has been negligent in managing run off.

They also have broken into the water table in the past, and put in fill in the proposed area for storm water management area and that soil needs to be deposited somewhere.  That the final product fits into the rural locale of the area, is esthetically pleasing and supports the Oak Ridges Moraine, birds and wildlife
