This approval is for a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 1728-AHJQVM for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) waterbody. Permit no. 5481-BB5PGF was issued on April 12, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

This approval is for a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 8575-7MDQBJ for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from four (4) ponds. Permit no. 1877-BAPLBH was issued on March 28, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) was issued to install an Ultraviolet (UV) system as a physical tool to control the infestation of zebra/ quagga mussels in the service water system of the Ranney Falls Hydroelectric Generating Station.

The Exploration Permit was issued once all Aboriginal communities and the public had the opportunity to provide comment or raise their concerns. The accepted Exploration Permit is valid for a period of 3 years.
