A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was granted for an existing greenhouse stormwater management facility serving 1882834 Ontario Inc., located at 880 Lakeshore Road, Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Regional Municipality of Niagara.
The Exploration Permit was issued once all Aboriginal communities and the public had the opportunity to provide comment or raise their concerns. The accepted Exploration Permit is valid for a period of 3 years.
