The east half of the site forms part of the Lynde Creek watershed within the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) jurisdiction.
The sewage works system consist of:
- private storm sewers
- an infiltration gallery facility
- a stormwater management wet pond designed for quality and quantity control
All catchment areas within this side are captured via private storm system and ultimately outlets from the pond on the south-east corner of the site.
