52-C-191156 was approved on February 14, 2020 with standard conditions that must be fulfilled prior to final approval being granted. 0.381 hectares of lands fronting on Frood Lake (part 20, 21, 24 from Reference Plan 53R-21077) will be severed as a lot addition to the adjacent plan of condominium, Sudbury Condominium Plan No. 5. The severed lands have been used and maintained by the plan of condominium for several years.
The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before March 5, 2020.
The proponent has one (1) year to satisfy conditions, otherwise approval will lapse.

You can appeal all or part of this this instrument to the appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) by submitting a notice of appeal to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

Description of instrument
The purpose of the application is to separate parts 20, 21, 24 on Reference Plan 53R-21077 totaling 0.381 hectares in size and consolidate them with an adjacent plan of condominium. The proposed severed lands are vacant and/or partially submerged with six floating docks which are used seasonally. There are no new structures or buildings proposed as a result of this application.
