Decision on instrument
This approval permits the creation of an easement of approximately 0.316 hectares in size over PIN 62505-0080 (LT): Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 on Plan 55R-14350, Part of Mining Claims TB 3813 and TB 3831, Unsurveyed Territory, District of Thunder Bay for the purpose of ingress and egress to PIN 6205-1439 (LT): Lot 5 on Registered Plan 55M-638, Unsurveyed Territory, District of Thunder Bay.
The full proposal consists of two (2) applications, 58-C-177406 and 58-C-195676, and will provide legal vehicular access over two (2) properties to one (1) resource-based recreational lot that is currently only accessible by water (Windigoostigwan Lake). No new development is proposed.
58-C-195676 was approved on December 27, 2019. The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before January 29, 2020.
