Decision on instrument
This Application 58-C-194289 for Consent was given conditional approval on July 2, 2019 and was amended on June 19, 2020. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is July 9, 2020.
A new condition was added to ensure that any recommendations and works of the noise assessment study, if required, will be implemented by the land owner(s) and subsequently maintained by all future land owner(s).
All other conditions remain unchanged. The provisional Consent will now lapse one year from the date of this Notice. The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before July 9, 2020.

You can appeal all or part of this this instrument to the appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) by submitting a notice of appeal to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

A notice of appeal can’t be submitted by:
- an unincorporated association
- an unincorporated group

Description of instrument
The purpose of this application is to create one (1) new resource-based recreational lot by severing PIN 62345-0187. The full proposal consists of two (2) applications, 58-C-139244 and 58-C-194289, which will create two (2) new resource-based recreational lots plus the retained. Application 58-C-194289 will create one (1) new lot approximately 7.770 hectares with 154 meters of frontage and a depth of 783.64 meters. The retained lot would be approximately 3.278 hectares with a frontage of 80.772 meters and a depth of 808.02 meters.
