Langstaff and the 400 onramp are already congested, how can you allow the use of an MZO which eliminates the need for a transportation study….we already have traffic gridlock on Langstaff in this area! S.Agnoluzzi

I do not appreciate a plan to erect 4 large condo Towers in our quiet neighborhood. Have you seen the traffic on Weston Road for most of the day? It is bumper to bumper and yet in someone's infinite wisdom we should add to that traffic. Why cant you just leave a quiet neighborhood alone. Lire davantage

I am against allowing this proposal. The way the community has been excluded in the decision making, and how the mayor is trying to push this as an urgent matter is wrong. There is no acceptable reason that Planning and Traffic wasn't required for this proposal. Lire davantage

I drive every day at this corner and it's jam-packed with traffic. But still I love that my neighborhood doesn't have tall buildings and I want to keep it that way. As a homeowner in this neighborhood, I am deeply opposed to this development, as is everybody I know. Lire davantage

As a resident for over 30 years in Weston Road and Langstaff area, my family and my parents who also live in the area OPOSE THIS DEVELOPMENT. The fabric of our area has changed way too much with all the high rise development along highway 7. Congestion is already overwhelming ROADS, SERVICES ETC. Lire davantage

The Vaughan community does not support this development. This is a terrible place for condos. We need proper studies done before allowing huge buildings right near an on ramp that is already congested. Where will the people who move into these condos work and go to school? I live in the Weston Downs area and I’m against the planned development of 4 buildings at the 400 and Langstaff area. We have experienced significant increases in crime and traffic congestion where this development will only exponentially increase these issues.
