Instead of building more unaffordable houses single family homes that only corporations and individuals who are profiting off the housing market can buy and then rent for outrageous prices, we desperately need to focus on making houses affordable to working individuals, as soon as possible. These proposed changes would result in more rural land and farm land being developed for housing. Housing developments outside of existing towns and cities result in more people who don't have the option to walk, bike, or take transit for their transportation. Lire davantage
