I am thinking it is best for everyone if the province sells the lots to the leaseholders. With this option, the local community is preserved, CK is guaranteed the tax base, local business is not harmed, and the province can off load the administration burden of managing the leases.

The extension of the lease until 2024 for Rondeau cottages is greatly appreciated to facilitate the ongoing negotiations for the permanent occupancy of the cottage lots by the leaseholders as stipulated under section 9(3) of the Provincial Parks & Conservation Reserves Act in 2006.

I am writing to support a permanent occupancy of cottage Lots within Rondeau Park. Rondeau was chartered in 1894 specifically for the purpose of cottaging.
