I oppose the repeal of the Toxics Reduction Act 2009 because it has an essential role in ensuring the monitoring, regulation and reporting on the sources of toxins and pollutants that pose a significant risk to human and environmental health. We can only manage what we know. Lire davantage

It is a contradiction to allow use of toxic products on larger and larger areas and expect a reduction in the use of said products. Repealing the Toxics Reduction act gives no incentives to industry to implement any meaningful plans to the benefit of the environment.

As a long time resident of Hamilton/Stoney Creek, I am deeply concerned about the proposed changes outlined in Bill 66. I have lived and worked in this area for many years and have grown to love the social and natural diversity here. Lire davantage
