I totally agree an extensive emergency plan must be in place in case of a nuclear disaster. I am aware that governments have a protocol in place to protect the public and to also decrease a panic response. Lire davantage

Ontario's current response plan is small scale, and only covers the area in the immediate vicinity of the reactors.
