Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
The purpose of this application is to sever and transfer Parts 1 and 2 of Reference Plan 48R-2539 from the North Lot to the abutting South Lot - this severed portion, which contains a shed, is a surveyed shoreline reserve which abuts the South Lot. Parts 1 and 2 have 122 metres of frontage, 18 metres of depth and an area of 0.18 hectares. The retained parcel (North Lot) will have an area of 5.50 hectares of land which contains a tourist resort established in 1986. Once the shoreline is transferred through this proposed lot addition, the South Lot will be used for recreational purposes. No additional development is proposed.
This lot addition application is being processed in conjunction with application 59-C-220755 (under ERO No. 019-5791), which is an easement road for access purposes.
The subject lands are located approximately 27 kilometres northeast of the municipal boundary of the Town of Frances. Access to the subject lands is by Taylors Road, a private road through Crown Land. The subject lands are approximately 400 metres from Highway 11 and 250 metres west of Bear's Pass bridge.
