Effets de la consultation
The city of Guelph asked if MECP assessed the cumulative impacts of the two water takings issued in this area to this client.
Ministry response:
Both permits were taken into account during the review process and Stantec has advised MECP that no concurrent pumping will be undertaken from Permit to Take Water No. 7673-BWBR7J and Permit to Take Water No. 4522-BYSTLL in order to minimize potential effects to private water well users in the area.
A condition will be included in the new permit to ensure no concurrent pumping will occur.
