Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
The purpose of the application (60-C-201857) is to sever 254 square metres from Part 14 to add to Part 13 due to an encroached sewage system. Part 14 is 0.49 hectares in size. Both properties contain cottages serviced by a sewage system and lake water. No additional development is proposed.
The properties are accessed by boat from a mainland lot (0.4 ha) roughly 700 metres away from the properties across the island on K5841, Part 23 of K.R. 1015. The mainland lot provides docking, vehicle parking and storage services to seven (7) area camp owners.
Another application to sever 257 square metres from Part 13 to add to Part 14 is described under file number 60-C-208833, Registry number, 019-2766.
