Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
Description of Instrument
The application proposes to sever a rectangular piece of land approximately 0.11 hectares in size from the rear of PIN 31386-0129 as a lot addition to PIN 31386-0096. The lands to be severed are vacant and are equal in size to lands that are proposed to be severed from PIN 31386-0096 and added to PIN 31386-0129 to widen an existing driveway (ERO Notice 019-0838, MMAH File No. 57-C-198622).
There are plans to add gravel to widen the driveway and install a new gate on PIN 31386-0129. No other buildings or structures are proposed at this time.
