PCL11830, 1315 IRREG) as a lot addition to the abutting western lot (known as CON 3 PT LOT 11 PLAN M191 LOT 6 PCL10977 IRREG). The proposed severed area would be approximately 0.08 hectares with 7.2 metres of frontage and a depth of 115.56 metres. The retained lot would be approximately .30 hectares in size, with 26.10 metres of frontage and a depth of 115.56 metres. The lands to which the severed area would be added are approximately 0.1864 hectares with 16.93 metres of frontage and 130.05 metres of depth. The subject lands are accessed from Highway 17, Highway 641 and a private road. The subject lands are approximately 19 kilometres west of the City of Kenora.
