Effets de la consultation
The comment received was taken into consideration during the technical review of the Permit to Take Water application. The decision was made to issue the permit for a period of 10 years, with conditions requiring the daily recording of water taking rates and volumes for the duration of the permit and that any significant technical amendment of the permit or the renewal of the permit will be a Category 3 application triggering a technical review by the ministry.
