No comments were received in response to the Environmental Registry notice.

Thirteen (13) objections were received during the Aggregate Resources Act consultation process. Public and agency concerns were related to the potential impact that the proposed aggregate operation would have on property values, water quantity and quality, dust, noise and truck traffic.

The applicant provided additional information and revised site plans, however was not successful in resolving all objections raised.
