Effets de la consultation

Comments relevant to the water taking proposal were considered as part of the review of the application. The main concerns raised were regarding implementation of the draft water quantity source protection plan policies since this taking falls within the Guelph and Guelph Eramosa Township Well Head Protection Area.

Most of the information requested by the City of Guelph such as additional monitoring and reporting is currently being provided by the applicant to the City of Guelph on an annual basis as required by the sewage Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) held by the applicant. Accordingly, these concerns have already been addressed through the conditions imposed on the ECA. A condition has been added to the PTTW which requires the daily water taking data to be shared with the City of Guelph annually by March 31.
