Please find attached comments on ERO 019-8462
We have concerns with the following areas: removal of the Muncipal Comprehensive Review; definition of Employment Areas; changes to compatibility policies; need for stronger tools to protect businesses within employment areas; need for municipal regulations to protect and support businesses affected by displacement due to redevelopment to housing only; need for mechanisms to require rental or affordable housing within developments.
