I live on the SW side of…

I live on the SW side of Millbank in town, and I can smell the odors from the sawmill on my property.
I also can't have my house windows open due to the odor.
When I am outside it bothers my throat, my nose itches.
The sawmill has been allowed to get bigger and bigger, exceeding the legal limit with no dust collector equipment of any kind
Not only is it odor, but also noise from the saw and debarker, which is often running as late as 10 pm at night.
