In addition to creating a very putrid smell year-round there is a very serious threat of disease causing pathogens being spread into groundwater. Mr. Dwayne Wilson should take the waste to be treated since there are facilities for that purpose. He should not be allowed to dump this untreated human sewage on the property in Melbourne.
