As someone who is in the area I am worried about this proposal. I hope that no process of the site review and the guidelines set out are fast tracked over. That a thorough due diligence process is completed to ensure they can more than adequately satisfy all the requirements.

The problematic effects that could occur if any of these requirements are not stringently met could be disastrous for the surrounding land, family's, and legal enterprises.
