Does the dewatering mean…

Does the dewatering mean noise pollution from the water pumps? As a summer resident in the harbour, will these be heard all the time? This would be concerning.

This does not even consider the exhaust fumes from the assumed diesel pumps.

Also, if the water is pimped back into the lake, what chemicals contained in the sand will be released into the water?

I am very concerned about this unnatural procedure.
