I want to know what regulations will be in place to protect the surrounding area and residential properties? Where will the water be pumped to? What protections will be in place to ensure water resources, Lake Huron, under water rivers leading to Lake Huron, are protected and used sustainably ?

I am particularly concerned about the effect upon the lake level which, in turn, affect the beach and harbour which are the town's primary tourist resources, contributing millions of dollars to the local economy yearly.
