As Mineral exploration is one of a number of important resource related activities it is important that all parties work together. It would be advantageous that the permit specifies that the holder of the permit shall enter into a road use agreement with the party that is responsible for the road under the CFSA. This would insure that in the future there is a safe environment for all to work in and what the expectations are for all parties.
