A very important fact is municipal zoned residential area is 250m away, not 500 meters, this fact is clear, I also have city planning officer email to confirm this fact. Three hundreds residents live within 300m, and 25 thousands live within 1000m, also people work in this area and visit this area since this area is design area and lots stores for design, renovation, bakery….this is not an area to increase waste volume
