Ministry should not allow…

Ministry should not allow this business double its daily garbage amount and/or operate 24 hours per day, the reasons are:

it does not have enough space to run the business on this site
-- it has no enough separation distance from its neighbors which are not heavy industrial facilities, also residential land uses are very closed by; it also does not have even a lane for the trucks waiting for entering the site, all trucks line up on street, affects public traffic, this is a long term problem in this community, such action -- running private business based on affecting public -- should not be allowed.

it causes adverse effects to surrounding people
--this business has had fire several times in past years, smoke affects public health and environment; also night time noise affects residents; big rats from the site run to neighbor properties too.

My suggestion is to reduce its garbage daily amount to half current amount and shorten its operation time to: Monday -- Friday 7AM-7PM, Saturday 9AM to 12PM (noon time), no Sunday and holiday operation. If the company still uses public street for the trucks waiting area, or affects churches on Sunday and residents in night time, then Ministry should consider revoking its ECA on this site, the company should find a suitable place for itself. I also hope GFL as a big company services for public in this city respect public comments.
