Regarding the instrument proposal notice EBR registry number 013-3734, I am a resident of the area to the south of the site in question within a 2km radius. I object to the proposed amendment to the types of waste allowed for processing on this site. The proposal does not cite any measures that will be taken to mitigate the potential odours that might affect the surrounding community. The possibility of the affect on the air quality in the surrounding area should certainly be a consideration and specific measures to address odour should be included in the proposal or as a condition of approval.
