My first unhappy experience with this plant was in July, 2011, when I was sleeping at night with my
window open.  At 3:00 A.M. in the morning I was startled awake by the biggest banging noise I have
ever heard out here.  I nearly had a heart attack and had chest pains for three days after that.  I
could never open the windows again after July, 2011 due to the noise.  Since I do not have air
conditioning because I cannot afford it due to the expensive hydro from the Liberal green projects
and due to the ever increasing cost of taxes from the Liberal government, a 40% increase on
agricultural property two years ago, you can see that I am not endeared by this noisy plant.  My
quality of life has gone down the toilet with the constant loud pounding noise of pipes being
dropped almost always during the night.  They load these pipes out in the open.  This is certainly
not necessary as this plant can enclose the loading process and any other process they have that
causes this large unhealthy noise, since their buildings are enormous.  I am asking you the
Ministry and this plant to get together and do something to decrease this noise.

I am also not in favour of any more expansion of their operations as they seem to have an unhealthy
disregard for the people who live around this plant.  The past five years have shown us that.

Also, the lights that have been installed at the plant are extremely irritating when you have to
look at them or when you have to drive by them and the berms do not solve the problem of excessive
bright lighting.

So we have noise pollution, light pollution and how much air pollution from this plant?  Let's see
you the Ministry do something about these problems.
