Further eroding our Province's ability to track and reduce our carbon emissions is a terrible idea. I stand 100% against this "streamlining" and call it what it is: gutting our ability to move towards a better environment.
We should be moving towards a greener Ontario, and reducing our ability to track our impact is move backwards.
