Why are we extending this moratorium? There should be NO more permits given out . Firstly these water companies have far too much political clout and pay almost NOTHING for extracting this precious water.
Secondly the bottles themselves. Plastic and more plastic which we know cannot be recycled, Just dumped.The companies should refund the public for 50cents each bottle. That way we wouldn't find them thrown out half drunk all over the place. Look how successful the beer bottle refund program is.
