No matter how many times Premier Ford calls cap and trade a carbon tax, it is not. It is a smart way to encourage reductions of emissions while recognizing that every business cannot do so at the same pace. Cancelling the cap and trade agreement is a step backward, and I strongly encourage Mr. Ford and the government of Ontario to reconsider.
