Oppose the granting of an air emissions permit to a mobile facility which may be operated throughout south central Ontario, up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without any constraints related to existing sensitive receptors (e.g. residences.) Dust (TSM, PM10 and PM2.5) and noise levels are already a concern, should not add emissions, even if temporarily from a mobile facility, in close proximity to sensitive receptors. Must specify a suitable buffer zone and limit the dust and noise emissions so that there is not any incremental impairment of the existing environmental conditions.
