I have submitted previous comments about the continual excessive noise and environmental assault by DMS on the environment and the community of Gormley. I would like to suggest that MECP determine the amount of property that a shredder requires to operate and I suspect you will determine that the legal non conforming property that DMS has does not provide enough property for that Shredder. the shredder sits on the very edge of the legal non conforming area. That is the reason they did not apply for a ECA prior to installing and operating the shredder. DMS is hoping a blind eye is turned because they have so much scrap on the greenbelt and it is simply too much to clean up. It is curious that they have continually expanded their very large piles of scrap all over the greenbelt since they submitted their application late August. A reminder that they do not have approval to be on the greenbelt. And a reminder that the town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is doing nothing to bring them into compliance. And has no intention f doing anything. The community is left stranded.
