This is a great company and the team running it are trying to make a difference by implementing greener technology than the outdated autoclaves in use by other medical Waste companies. Autoclaves produce contaminated water, contaminated steam, soggy non-shredded sharps and blood soaked waste. The MOE should standardize microwave treatment as the sole method to process medical waste in Ontario. We support Greenflow and hope their efforts are acknowledged and they are granted their permit in a timely manner!
