Sofina Foods is seeking environmental approval for their turkey plant gas chambers & increased production in Mitchell, ON. I am gravely concerned that both air and water pollution will result from this increased production and am requesting that there is full public disclosure of the environmental impacts arising from this proposal. Ideally there would be town hall discussions with independent environmental assessors who can deliver unbiased information of how this will affect air, water and sewage quality and infrastructure for the communities involved.
