first off the city should be keeping this land green, create a park or green space for families and
children to enjoy. we already have multiple meat packer buildings up the road that create a
nuisance to the community. there are trucks who drive and do not care about other cars often taking
up the whole street and sidewalks, driving recklessly and being a danger to both drivers and
pedestrians in the neighbourhood.
this neighbourhood is building up, we now have shops, condos, housing being built, the are does not
need another cattle killing factory in the city. these businesses need to be kept out of the are as
they are destroying our neighbourhood. they destroy the environment the air we breath, we are
unable to enjoy the outdoors because of the toxins and smells that come from these factories. this
is an urban area and there is no space for more factories, these should be moved into rural areas.
if you speak to anyone in the neighbourhood you will hear from every single resident that they do
not approve of more factories being built, yet alone the existing ones.
the city needs to think of the thousands of people this affects, we need the space to keep the city
green and promote the livelihood of the neighbourhood, by approving this for St Helens you are
showing us all what matters to you and clearly none of our efforts to prevent this matters or our
health and well being.
please revise this and do not approve this facility for St Helens it will ruin the community
further, i don not understand how you fail to see this
