I oppose this application for increased emissions in our neighbourhood. I continue to request a
health equity impact assessment by the ministry of health and the ministry of the environment as a
matter of priority, especially given that Rockcliffe-Smythe has the highest documented levels of
asthma and cancer in the city, on top of a well below standard equity score of only ~33 referencing
high levels of unemployment and poverty. I also continue to request a "fair share policy" across
Toronto, where low income neighbourhoods are not unfairly burdened with more than their fair share
of lulus, (locally unwanted land use).
