Please help in saving the Queen Elizabeth Wetlands.
Giofam has proposed to open a granite quarry.
This will endanger all the wildlife we have in our area, some being protected species.
As well, they will be drawing water which will be run off into the cranberry and head rivers.
Can the government really afford another Walkerton.
These two rivers supply a lot of households with their water.
Taking out 18.1 million litres a day will surely affect the watertable for our wells.
Please help us.
