To whom it may concern. I am a home owner in the vicinity of this proposed facility and I am absolutely opposed to its execution. We are trying to make a nice neighbourhood for ourselves and it has come a long way towards revitalization; with restored theatres, artist's studios and other business. All of our prosperity would be put in jeopardy for the sake of this one fertilizer plant. When this neighbourhood was built a century ago, they didn't understand proper healthy living conditions as we do now but I would hope our government understands that we want industry, especially those causing pollution & noxious odours to be pushed further away from us rather than continue to be welcomed in our living area. You most certainly wouldn't want it near your home.
